Who we are

This website is operated by Sven Dierckens, sole trader, trading as Oplify (enterprise number and VAT BE 1042.589.256), who is the data controller for the purposes of this policy. You can reach us at boost@oplify.be. The registered address and other details are in the legal notice.

What data we collect

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitors. The only personal data we collect is what you send us yourself through the contact form: your name, email address and message, plus your company name and phone number if you choose to provide them.

Why we process it

We use this information solely to answer your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where you ask us for a quote or service, the steps needed to enter into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who receives it

Messages are delivered to us by email. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare and the contact form email is sent through Resend; both act as processors under agreements that comply with the GDPR. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to two years afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law (for example for invoicing).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email boost@oplify.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Odoo App Store

Our modules are sold through the Odoo App Store. Purchases and downloads there are governed by Odoo S.A.'s own privacy policy.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
